Draft pending legal review. Prepared as a starting point and not yet reviewed by a Nigerian-qualified lawyer. Values marked like this must be completed before publication. Note that funding is not currently offered (section 5) — when it is, section 5 must be rewritten and checked against the FCCPC Digital, Electronic, Online or Non-Traditional Consumer Lending Regulations 2025. Remove this notice once reviewed.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of predictabooks.com (the “site”) and any early-access communication with us. They form an agreement between you and Integrated Daily Acc Limited, trading as PredictaBooks (RC [CAC RC NUMBER]), a company registered in Nigeria with its registered office at 12B Parkers Close, Magodo GRA Phase 2, Shangisha-Ketu, Lagos (“PredictaBooks”, “we”, “us”).
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site is informational. It describes a product that is in early access and still under development. It is not itself the PredictaBooks application, and using it does not create an account or entitle you to the service.
When the application becomes available it will have its own terms covering the service, fees and your data. Those terms will be presented to you before you use it.
3. Figures shown on this site are illustrative
Every number, balance, chart and status shown on this site is a worked example, not real data and not a personalised result. This includes, without limitation, the sample dashboard figures (such as “₦1.84m”, “₦845,000”, “₦533,000”), the sample funding amounts (such as “up to ₦250,000”), and sample statuses such as “Likely”, “Eligible”, “3 offers” or “Covered”.
They are shown to explain how the product is intended to work. They are not a quotation, an assessment of you, a promise of any outcome, or a statement of what any lender will offer.
4. Not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to enter any transaction. PredictaBooks is a bookkeeping and money-management tool, not a substitute for your accountant, bookkeeper or professional adviser. You remain responsible for your own records, filings and decisions. Always seek professional advice for your circumstances.
5. Credit and funding
Funding is a planned feature. We do not offer it today. The funding and lending sections of this site describe where the product is intended to go — helping businesses turn their own records into a verifiable trading history — and are part of our roadmap, not a service currently available to you.
To be unambiguous about the position while that remains true:
- We do not lend money, arrange credit, or introduce you to lenders at this time.
- We are not making an offer of credit, and nothing on this site is an invitation to borrow.
- We do not guarantee that funding will be offered to you in future, or on what terms.
- Any future credit would be provided by a third-party lender under its own agreement, subject to that lender’s own checks, criteria and licensing.
- We will not share your information with any lender unless you ask us to.
Before any funding feature is launched, we will publish updated terms describing exactly how it works, our role in it, and the regulatory permissions under which it operates. You will be asked to review those terms at that point.
6. Early access
If you contact us about early access, you are asking to be considered — you are not guaranteed a place. We may accept or decline any request, run early access in limited rounds, and change or withdraw it at any time. Early-access features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or for any harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems.
- Introduce malware, or attack the site including by denial-of-service.
- Scrape, copy or reproduce the site systematically except as permitted below.
Misuse of a computer system may be an offence under the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention etc.) Act 2015. We will report suspected offences to the appropriate authorities.
8. Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, design, layout, graphics and the PredictaBooks name and logo — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act 2022 and other applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit them without our written permission.
9. Third-party links
The site links to third-party services, such as our profile on X and the mobile app stores. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons, without notice. The site is provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that its content is accurate, complete or up to date.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any right you have as a consumer under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on any content on it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your use of the site, so please check it when you visit.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email.
